Ask for both prices on the same call
New and used auto parts are both sold here, for a reasonable and fair price, and the quickest way to know which one fits your job is to ask for both numbers on the same call. You do not have to guess going in.
That is true whether it is a small part or a whole vehicle. Mills also sells used vehicles, rebuildables and repaired, so if what you actually need is a car rather than a part for the one you have, that is worth asking about too.

Have the vehicle ready before you call
The year, make, model and trim are enough to get a new part ordered right the first time, so the piece that shows up actually fits the car instead of turning into a second call and a second wait.
It is the same information the counter needs either way, new or used, so having it ready before you dial saves a trip back to the driveway to check the door jamb or the glovebox for the details.
Pickup at the yard, or ask about delivery
Mills is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at 4200 Adams Center Rd, and a new part ordered on the phone is ready to pick up there once it is in.
If the drive does not work for you, ask about delivery and shipping when you call. It is available on most parts, and we will confirm on the phone whether yours can ship or is better picked up at the yard.
